John started in the industry in 1976. He is a Certified Forms Consultant, highly versed in all phases of the business forms industry. John’s valuable input helped to create the patented “LA-CERT” Certified Mailer.
Phil Guidry - Vice President
Phil began selling business forms in 1975 with a national corporation. His success lead him to capture many major accounts and to then begin his own business, Professional Business Forms, which merged with Southern Business Forms at the end of 2001.
John Teachworth - Past President, Southern Business Forms
John Teachworth started in the industry in 1963. Back then, BankAmericard was his first of many successes, which resulted from the emergence of the then little-known plastic credit card. Although semi-retired, Mr. Teachworth’s insights and wisdom are widely respected in the business forms industry.
